• Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging, unused, and accompanied by the respective invoice.

Timeframe for Exchange or Return:

• You have a period of 15 days after receiving the order to proceed with an exchange or return.

Procedure for Exchanges or Returns:

1. If you wish to exchange or return any of your items, please contact our Customer Support via email at [email protected], stating your intention to exchange or return, including the order number or invoice number, products to be returned, and reason.
2. After this contact, you will be provided with instructions to proceed with the exchange or return. Any shipments of items without prior contact will not be accepted.
3. After contacting our Customer Support and receiving return/exchange instructions, you must send us the item properly packaged and in the aforementioned conditions.

Shipping Costs:

• If you choose to exchange the product, please note that shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the customer was affected by transport damage or product issues. In such cases, shipping costs will be covered by Box Away.
• The exchange will only be processed after verifying the condition of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be made for the total value of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service – in such cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
