PREAMBLE

1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Circularmente Lda, headquartered at Rua Pedro Nunes 15, 2660 461 Santo António dos Cavaleiros – Loures, tax identification number 516 208 217 and contact +351 914 102 500, hereinafter referred to as “Box Away”, and the individuals wishing to make purchases through the website www.boxaway.pt, hereinafter referred to as “User”.
The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.boxaway.pt shall be exclusively governed by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

1. These general terms and conditions of sale aim to provide and define all necessary information to the User regarding the ordering, sale, payment, and delivery methods of purchases made on the website www.boxaway.pt.
These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to place an order and ensure the follow-up of said order between the Contracting Parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

1. The User completes their order by finalizing the purchase process presented on the website www.boxaway.pt, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:
To submit their order, the User must:

a) Register on the website www.boxaway.pt, providing the requested information.

b) Log in (by providing an email and password combination chosen by the User at registration).

c) Complete the required information and select the available options throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax identification number (NIF) and name to be included on the invoice for tax purposes).

The User’s final confirmation of the order equates to full and complete acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the sole applicable conditions of the contract thus concluded.

Box Away will fulfill orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. In the event of product unavailability, Box Away commits to inform the User as soon as possible.

The details on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

Orders have a validity period of 2 (two) days, except if the order is placed under a promotional campaign that defines a different period. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used towards a new order.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

1. On the website www.boxaway.pt, Box Away offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
a) Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco reference;
c) Bank transfer;
d) MBWay;
e) Apple Pay.

For payments made by credit card, the charge will be applied immediately after shipment confirmation. If any of the ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited back to the User’s card after closing the order.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

1. Orders will be delivered within 3 working days following the order date. Delivery is carried out by the carrier MRW.
Deliveries are free for purchases equal to or greater than €90 + VAT. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of €5.90 + VAT will be applied.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

1. Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding VAT. VAT will be itemized in the shopping cart and at checkout, before the total amount.
In case of a price increase for any product, the User will be immediately informed and may choose to receive the order (paying the difference) or cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

1. Cancellation or return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by Box Away. Requests must be submitted in writing to the email [email protected] within 14 days after receipt of the order. Box Away will respond with cancellation or return instructions via the same communication channel.
Whenever possible, returns should be processed via the original payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership to process the refund via bank transfer.

Box Away commits to reimburse the User within a maximum of 5 days.

Returned products must be in a resalable condition, meaning in the same state as when received, without any defects or damage.

If the exchanged products’ value is lower or higher than the original order value, Box Away will provide the adjustment conditions.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your data is processed in compliance with personal data protection legislation. Such data, subject to electronic processing, will be stored in Box Away’s database(s) and used for registration, presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information to be provided by Box Away.
Providing your data is optional, and you have the legal right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data concerning you, either personally or in writing, addressed to the contact details on the homepage of this website.
